Captain Melvin has a charming and debonair look but to the observant, also a deep thinker. He cares deeply about the city and will do his best to ensure that the best people are employed to the best of their abilities to the benefit of Stonemount.

He chooses to live with residents outside the city proper as he feels like important that he feels the heartbeat of the places he is meant to guard.
